One of YouTube’s biggest stars has officially tied the knot. Nearly four years after first meeting, MrBeast and content creator Thea Booysen are now husband and wife, celebrating their love in a private wedding surrounded by close family and friends.
The YouTube sensation, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, shared the joyful news with millions of followers on Instagram on Tuesday, July 21. Alongside a series of elegant wedding photos, he wrote, “I found MrsBeast ❤️❤️❤️ and it was the best day of my life.” The heartfelt announcement quickly drew congratulations from fans, fellow creators, and celebrities across social media.
The wedding photos showcased the couple’s timeless style. Booysen looked stunning in an ivory-and-nude bridal gown featuring delicate floral lace detailing and a classic silhouette. Donaldson complemented the elegant setting with a white tuxedo jacket and shirt, paired with black trousers and a black bow tie, creating a sophisticated black-and-white look for the special occasion.
The couple first met around four years ago and have shared much of their relationship with fans while largely keeping the most personal moments private. In December 2024, Donaldson proposed to Booysen, marking the next chapter in their relationship after years of dating.

Speaking to People following the engagement, he explained that many of his friends expected an over-the-top proposal or wedding celebration.
“My friends thought I would want to propose in a very public way, like some sort of spectacle at the Super Bowl or somewhere else really big like that,” Donaldson said. “But I knew that I wanted it to be the opposite, to be really private and intimate.”
That vision carried through to their wedding day, with the couple opting for a low-key ceremony focused on their closest loved ones rather than a lavish public event. The intimate celebration stood in contrast to the massive productions MrBeast is famous for, highlighting a more personal side of the internet entrepreneur.
